Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale is starting a new social media hashtag to motivate followers.
According to him, fans will have to use the given hashtag alongside a quote from one of his songs that they resonate with and tweet or post on social media every Monday.
The hashtag he says is #ShattaQuotes.
It appears Shatta Wale is taking over social media for good.
He already has Tuesdays on which he advertises followers products all over his handles.
Sundays are for preaching on Twitter.
Now Monday’s are slated for motivational quotes derived from his songs.
“Hi Shatta Movement, I want us to start something to motivate ourselves on every Monday. All you have to do is to quote any of my songs lyrics that inspires and motivates you with the hash tag #ShattaQuotes,” he posted to Facebook.
“This is going to be our motivational trend for every Monday morning.Any quote you make out of any lyrics of my song make sure you add the official link to the song,” he added.
Although the day has already ended, he still asked fans what today’s quote should be.
“Now what’s your favorite quote from any of my songs ? #ShattaQuotes,” he asked and fans have been replying.
