Hiplife musician Kofi Kinaata has said Shatta Wale’s feature with Beyoncé is a way paver for Ghanaian musicians.
The American singer and entrepreneur featured Shatta Wale on ‘Already’ one of the songs on The Lion King: The Gift album.
A year after the release of the album, ‘Black is King’ which is serves as a visual companion to the 2019 album, was released on July31.
The music video has been the talk of social media as people continue to congratulate Shatta Wale and express their joy at his height in the music scene.
Speaking on UTV over the weekend, Kofi Kinaata showered praises on the ‘King’ saying his feature is a big one for the Ghanaian musician.
“The project is very big and we are proud of Shatta Wale and his breakthrough. This project shows some big guys are paving the way for us to make it through easily in our career,” he noted.
