Highlife musician Fameye has reminded Berla Mundi of a time she told him she did not like his rap.
According to Fameye who has tried dancing, acting, rapping and now singing, Berla was on The Rhythmz show at the time he went for the interview and after rapping to her, she outright told him she did not like it.
He noted that he took her advice seriously but decided to blend it with the singing.
In a recent interview on TV3 New Day with Berla Mundi, mentioned that his passion for singing is more and that people preferred him singing to the other creative aspects.
“I quite remember I had an interview with you then I rapped and you were like you didn’t like my rap,” he said.
Berla who seemed surprised by the revelation, replied, “I told you I didn’t like the rap? When was this? Oh, I did? Oh my God”
“I rapped and I sang and you were like you think you like it when I sing so, you didn’t like my rap,” Fameye reiterated.
When she asked if he actually took her advice into consideration, he replied, “of course I took it I was still rapping though.”
