Actress Efia Odo has said her obsession with Beyoncé started since her teens.

She noted that she was 15 at the time Queen Bey was in the Destiny’s Child.

Destiny’s Child is an American girl group whose final best known line-up is made of Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. The group was formed in 1990.

Giving the reason she is obsessed with her, Efia Odo stated that Beyoncé “excels in anything she loves” which is why she is relevant till date .

“I’ve been obsessed with Beyoncé since I was 15, when she was in Destiny’s Child. She excels in anything she loves, that’s why she’s still here,” she said in her tweet.

Effia turned 27 on July 18; considering she’s born in 1993.

A fan did the math, and is somewhat confused about the tweet.

“You were 15 when she was in destiny’s child? Woah,” the fan tweeted.

Efia replied: “The group started in 1990”.
