Music duo DopeNation has broken silence on claims by people in the music circles that they are lurking in the shadows of EL.
According to most people, the twins, who were mentored by EL, sound so much like EL.
The critics believe that the likeness in the styles is the reason EL has been on the low of late.
However, speaking to MzGee on TV3’s Sunrise, they said they take so much inspiration from him because he has achieved greatness in the music industry.

“We don’t have to wait for EL to die before we take things from him. We’ll definitely learn from him,” they said.
Known for songs like ‘Eish’, ‘Confam’ and ‘Zanku’, the former Lynx Entertainment signees have released a new song titled ‘Thank God’ which features Kofi Kinaata.
