Ghanaian actress, Salma Mumin, has shared her opinion on the trending ‘Papa no’ topic.
The title which has come to stay came to be as a result of Tracey Boakye using it to describe her baby daddy/ sugar daddy.
The term is now used to describe a married man or an older man who sponsors his girlfriend’s lifestyle.
Sharing her opinion on it, Salma believes there is nothing wrong with a man sponsoring his girlfriend’s lifestyle.
“You know you have a wife and you still come for us. Because the men are older and know they are married, we will accept and take their money,” the actress who also doubles as an entrepreneur said in an interview on Peace FM.
She also noted that while there are women who foot their own bills with their hard-earned money, every woman is a prostitute.
“Every woman is a prostitute, every woman has a boyfriend, but their sponsors are in different ranks. If yours would give you 100, another’s would give her 1,000.
“Just pray for God’s blessings. So, that someone would also give you 1,000. If your man is supporting you, there is nothing wrong with that,” she stated.
