Rapper-turned-evangelist has told Ghana Weekend TV in an interview that he has not ditched music as is perceived by many.
“I have not stopped music just that now when you become a new creation, your direction is different and also you are not the one to decide what to stop or hold on to. You have to have the army commander which is the Holy Spirit,” he said.
“If I still do what I used to do, what would be the difference?” he added.
Lord Kenya released the Christlife album in 2011 after he was called into ministry and left secular music.
He is known for hit songs like ‘Sika Baa’, ‘Medo’, ‘Obiaa Deka’, ‘Driver’, ‘Mr P.O.P.’, among others.
