Kumericanz have confirmed to GhanaWeekend.com that they are working on their collaboration with dancehall artiste Shatta Wale.
Shatta Wale shared materials from the Kumericanz on his Snapchat handle claiming he is “a full Kumerican”.
He later announced that he wants to feature five of the members on the song and accompanying video for ‘Kumerica Anthem’.
Speaking to Ghanaweekend.com in a phone interview, they noted that Shatta Wale has reached out to their Public Relations person to set the ball rolling.
“He contacted our PRO…We’re working on it. We’re streamlining things, we want to put it out at the right time so, we just took off with the preparations in connections with that,” they said.

They, however, said they would rather not mention the release date but things are on course.
They clarified that they are a whole movement backed by the Life Living Record label.
