Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has taken to social media, to make a mockery of the recent award that has generated so much controversy in the country.
The award ceremony dubbed 2020 Global Leadership Achievement to Humanity awards, organized by Kwame Fordjour, came under scrutiny after it was found out that it has nothing to do with the United Nations and Kofi Annan, as had been communicated.
In a live video, Shatta Wale addressed the issue in his usual comic element, lashing out at D-Black and other people that won awards at the ceremony.
He also made jokes of the items that were award as prizes to the winners.
Apart from D-Black, other Ghanaian celebrities that won awards at the programme which was held at the Swiss Spirit Hotel include Sarkodie, Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Berla Mundi and Nathaniel Attoh.
The others are events MC and TV3 Broadcaster Johnnie Hughes, Natalie Forte and DJ Black of Joy FM.
Some statesmen, the clergy and people from academia also won awards.
