Politics has divisive tendencies and especially as Ghana inches closer to the 2020 General Elections, a lot of people have been preaching peace and unity.
While some celebrities are declaring support for various political parties, comedian Teacher Kwadwo decided to pull a fast one on comedy patrons as well as teach a lesson.
He wore a shirt that had John Mahama’s campaign photos on the front and Nana Addo’s at the back.

When he entered the auditorium, he had a cardigan on. When he took it off, some people were disappointed at seeing John Mahama, the flagbearer of the NDC in front of his shirt. They may have thought that he was into a campaign for John Mahama.
He then turned his back to them and conspicuously showing was Nana Addo’s as well.

Even though this was comedy purposes, he was able to drum home the message of unity and tolerance to the audience.
