Nigerian actor turned politician Desmond Elliot, has come under scathing attacks following a comment he made about EndSARS protests and the Lekki shooting recently.
The Member of Parliament had asked the Nigerian house of assembly to shut down social media to be able to regulate the behaviour of the youth.
He intimated that the acts of some of the youth were unbecoming of the Nigerian culture.
