Highlife artiste Quarme Zaggy has threatened to drag Kumi Guitar to court for defaming him in his latest song ‘Sex.’
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Feeling Daddy on ‘Showbiz Today’ on Empire FM 102.7 and Radio360 90.1, the ‘See Saw’ hitmaker revealed he had already asked his lawyers to write to Kumi Guitar’s management to pull down the song.
Quame said the song seeks to ridicule him and dent the reputation he has taken several years to build.
‘I would have forgiven him if he just called me as not been a virgin, because I am a grown-up man and not been a virgin would not have been a big deal but to drag me by making false, malicious and unfounded allegations to trend your song is a big deal,” he noted.
According to a report by Kwaku Bee Abrantie, Quarme Zaggy recounted how he has lost an ambassadorial deal because of the song.
Kumi Guitar recently released a song that seems to shame men who can’t control the sexual urges.
The song, titled ‘Sex’ mentions names of some men in the music industry who would not spare any women when their libidinal urge arouses. Quame Zaggy was likened to the Billy Goat, in the song.
Judging from how close Quame is to Kumi Guitar, will this be an empty threat or he really means his word?
