Limann Akwara, the trotro driver who dropped his passengers in front of the Joy FM building to meet his idol, Shatta Wale has fulfilled his promise.
The driver, two years ago, had promised that the day he would meet Shatta Wale, he was going to offer free transportation to Shatta Movement fans.
In new photos that surfaced on social media, he is seen with banners in front of his car, indicating that SM fans who board his car will not pay any fares.
A few days ago, Limann was headed to Accra Newtown when he heard that Shatta Wale was inside the Hitz FM studio.
He ended the trip and paid back all passengers their fares so he could meet Shatta Wale.
“If I die after meeting Shatta Wale, I won’t mind because I have achieved my dream,” he said.
