Some Ghanaian musicians have recorded songs to campaign for peace ahead of the December 7, 2020 elections.
Yaw Sarpong and the Asomofo, have remixed a song they did about 8 years ago, with other artistes. The song features Kuami Eugene, Bessa Simons, Akwaboah, Cynthia Appeadu of Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Afriyie Wutah, Bernice Ansah, SP Kofi Sarpong, Fameye, Pat Thomas, Lord Morgan, Joyce Blessing, among others.
The song is by Stonebwoy. Titled ‘One People’, it features, Fameye, Fancy Gadam, Efya, Bethel Revival Choir, Macassio, King Promise, Darko Vibes, TeePhlow, among others.
Amerado also has one titled ‘A Piece on Peace’. This song features Warlord. In this song, he actually plays two characters: war and peace.
The last song is one by Wutah Kobby. The title is ‘Ghana Man Ba Pa’.
