The Polo Court in Accra came alive when the artistes billed for ‘The Citiuation Outdoor Party’ took to turns to entertain patrons with coruscating performances.
The show which was held yesterday, December 24, 2020, started with music by DJ Mingle which prepared the audience for the real deal for the night.
Adina took the stage to dish out a string of hit songs from her repertoire, making way for the ‘Maria’ hitmaker, Camidoh, who proved that he has really come to stay as far as music concerned. He performed songs like ‘Tik Tok’, ‘Maria’ and the latest one ‘Agyakie.’
Before Akwaboah mounted the stage, DJ Jay Jay had warmed up the audience with some popular Ghana hiplife music, interspersed with great tunes from the African continent.
Akwaboah also gave a riveting performance by doing a mélange of songs from his works and others by prominent highlife musicians like Pat Thomas, Kojo Antwi, and Daddy Lumba.
The dynamic duo Keche crowned it all with their high tempo party songs including ‘No Dulling’, sending the whole audience into a frenzy.
The patrons at ‘The Citiuation Outdoor Party’ were treated to different packages of food and drinks by their various tables as they enjoyed the good music.
The programme is Citi FM’s way of serving its patrons a fun-packed event in the place of the annual Decemba 2 Rememba concert which brings together music lovers.
