Kuami Eugene has responded to the claims made by a 60-year-old man who hails from Oda in the Eastern Region that he is the ‘Open Gate’ hitmaker’s biological father.
The man in a video said that a few years after Kuami was born, he left them to seek greener pastures elsewhere and when he returned, Kuami Eugene’s mother had left the community and gotten married to another man.
Even though he claimed he erred, he asserted that he is Kuami’s real father and would want his son to forgive him and accept him a such.
However, in a recent interview with blogger Sammy Kay, the VGMA Artiste of the Year rubbished the claims made by the man and stated that people now feel he has gotten the stage where anything said about him would get them some attention so he is not too surprised.
He added that this is not the first time anybody has claimed they are his biological father; about eight different men have claimed same.
He said he knows his biological mother and father so he is not be worried by such claims
