The host of ‘Brunch in the Citi’ on Citi 97.3 FM, AJ Akuoko-Sarpong has made a donation to some underprivileged residents of Teshie in Accra.
She did this in collaboration with Wilmar Africa, producers of Frytol and Fortune Rice.
AJ donated bags of rice, Frytol Seasoning Cubes, and Frytol Oil.
She did two donations; one to women and elderly widows and the second to residents in kiosks at Teshie.
“I went from Kiosks to kiosks giving the single mothers and widows in that community. I was able to organize with help from the Assembly Man of the Area, Honourable Abdulai Sakra, and also Kwaku Osei Korankye Asiedu (KOKA),” she told ghanaweekend.com.
Last year, AJ, also an event MC, voice-over artiste, and actress was signed as a brand influencer for NIVEA’s new Oil in Lotion Range.
