The host of Entertainment Review on Peace FM, Kwasi Aboagye, has revealed why he stopped appearing on Total Entertainment 205, the premiere entertainment discussion show on radio in Ghana.
Kwasi who was a panel member on the show hosted by DJ Abio on Channel R told Sammy Flex on Zylofon FM that he had to stop going on the show because the initial concept he planned with his friend DJ Abio had changed.
“I left because what I planned with DJ Abio was not what we were doing so I stopped going to the show,” he said.
He added that after he introduced ‘Entertainment Review’ on Peace FM, it became so impactful that a lot of radio stations started replicating the concept on both radio and television.
He however noted that even though there has been progress in the proliferation of entertainment discussion programmes on radio and television, the quality of analysis has waned.
