Ras Kuuku has added his voice to the decision by the management of Achimota School not to admit two students with dreadlocks.
These two first-year students were not given admission to the school because of their dreadlocks.
This has generated heated debates with different people expressing their opinions on the matter.
The Ghana Education Service (GES) which initially backed the students and asked the school to admit them, has withdrawn its support.
The Old Students of the Achimota School and the PTA are also backing the school authorities for being resolute in their decision not to let the dreadlocked student into the school.
Ras Kuuku told Kwame Dadzie of Citi FM that God will punish the school authorities for taking that stance.
“The wrath of God will come upon them because you can’t deny a child education because of his dreadlocks. When you that you are stopping the child from learning. The government didn’t say free SHS for sakora, sweat, or punk children,” he said.
