It appears after the Year of Return initiative a lot more people in the Diaspora have expressed interest in relocating to Ghana.
After Stevie Wonder said he was planning on moving to Ghana, another American celebrity has said the same.
Dave Chappelle said during an interview with the award-winning British model, Naomi Campbell on her Youtube show that he would follow Stevie Wonder to Ghana or come by himself and establish a comedy club.
He also spoke about acquiring some properties in Ghana.
“Hopefully, I’ll build something there but I’m definitely gonna at least rent something there for the foreseeable future,” he said.
This comes a few days after UK-based Ghanaian actor and comedian, Michael Blackson, also said in an interview that he wants to shoot a movie in Ghana to put the country on the map.
