Another gospel-secular collaboration is in the offing, after the recent debate on the propriety or otherwise of a gospel artiste to feature or get featured on a song with a secular artiste.
In spite of all these, gospel giant Diana Hamilton has posted an artwork with the Fantse Rap God, Kofi Kinaata on a yet-to-be-released project titled ‘We’ve Got Life’.
“Ookaaay! We’ve got life!! Watch this space and let’s go!!! #WeveGotLife #KofiKinaata,” she wrote on Facebook as she shared the artwork to the song.
It’s not really known if it will be a song or the two are joining forces to work on a different project.
Recently, Celestine Donkor was hugely mauled for featuring secular musicians like Efya and Akwaboah on her ‘Thank You’ song.
According to Celestine, some gospel television stations declined to show the video of the song because of the secular artistes feature.
In the past, Herty Borngreat, MOGMusic, and other gospel musicians have received the same flak for bringing doing songs with secular musicians.
