Bernardinho Koku Avle, General Manager for Citi FM/TV was gifted a brand new Peugeot 3008 Crossover SUV on his 40th birthday by the management of the company, led by the Managing Director, Samuel Attah-Mensah.
The surprise gift was given to him after he ended his popular breakfast show on radio, the Citi Breakfast Show(CBS).
Mr. Avle has been with the company since its inception, when the Managing Director discovered his great talent right after he completed his tertiary education.
He is known for hosting one of the most relevant news and current affairs shows, the Point of View, which airs every Monday and Wednesday at 9:00pm on Citi TV.
His experience in media and journalism has won him several awards, including the 2018 Ghana Journalists Association Awards, where he took the prize for the Journalist of The Year.
In addition to his numerous surprises and wishes, he was graced with the presence of the Ghanaian dancehall and reggae artiste, Stonebwoy who came to wish him a happy birthday.
