Most people had the shock of their lives yesterday when music producer Hammer appeared on UTV’s ‘United Showbiz’.
After all his rants and invective on Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo for supposedly disrespecting Shatta Wale, he mellowed like ‘church mouse’ in the end.
The hiplife legend, apologised for attacking Arnold’s personality in a post he put up which sought to correct Arnold’s discription of Shatta Wale as the most “confused” and “inconsistent” artiste in Ghana.
Arnold had earlier described Shatta Wale as confused and inconsistent after Shatta delivered his State of the Industry Address about three weeks ago.
Unhappy with the description, Shatta Wale went on ‘United Showbiz’ on UTV and demanded an apology from Arnold who was also on the show.
Unyielding to Shatta’s demand, it resulted in a fracas which later got resolved.
This generated a lot of commentary on social media: so Hammer did a post that harshly took a swipe at Arnold.
Now, Hammer has apologised. It looks like he wished he never went to the show because his arguments were incoherent.
