In the quest to resuscitate the Creative Art Industry, Amandzeba Nat Brew, a Ghanaian musical artiste has asserted that promoting Ghanaian culture abroad is a good way to promote the creative art industry.
Stating this in a conference organized by the Creative Art Industry, the musician mentioned that strengthening the country’s publicity abroad helps in recognizing its cultural values.
According to Amandzeba, all the various embassies in Ghana have their cultural attachés in the country which basically means they are selling their country in reference to promoting their own culture.
“All we need to do is to strengthen our missions abroad”, he said.
In making a few comparisons, he mentioned Mauritius as a country with peaceful co-existence among its religious bodies.
“Some of the programs that would accelerate our growth in terms of visibility and commerce are culture attachés”, he added.
He advised Ghanaians to become practitioners in selling the country’s culture abroad.
“If we are going to be visible, we must let our cultural attaché function at the various embassies we have across the world”, he finally added
Amandzeba has been in the music industry since 1992 till present and is popularly known for composing ”Kpanlogo”
