A Nigerian presenter called Osi has said that Ghanaians “don’t know what they have” for not celebrating Sarkodie well enough.
In an interview with Sarkodie yesterday on Beat FM, he said he was surprised that Ghanaians could not highlight the news that Sarkodie performed at the Apollo Theatre some years ago.
The conversation came up when a voice clip of Sarkodie’s interview with Andy Dosty of Hitz FM was played on the show.
In the interview, Sarkodie was remonstrating how Ghanaians did not celebrate the special moments their artistes shared.
Sarkodie had said in that Hitz FM interview that he performed at Apollo Theatre before Burna Boy but Ghanaians did not talk more about it.
Even though he acknowledged that he gets some support from Ghanaians, Sarkodie endorsed the host’s rants about Ghana not celebrating their acts.
