Cina Soul has confirmed that she is no longer signed to the Universal Music record label.
The singer who got into the music industry in 2014 earned a contract with the Universal Music Group in 2018 after releasing a couple of singles and mashups.
She told AJ Sarpong on The Chat that she has severed her relationship with the label.
Sources say Cina was not happy at Universal Music because their terms restricted her craft.
Cina is reported to have said she had been dealing with a lot of mental battles with regards to the contract she signed with the label.
She said although she doesn’t want to spill out some issues going on with her and the record label, she’s glad she’s coming out of that contract.
In tandem with this development, her newly released song titled ‘Feelings’ which features KiDi was not released under the record label.
She says she will be releasing her be EP later this month.
