Before the release of his upcoming 5-track playlist project, Ghanaian artiste Skillz 8Figure has teased his fans and music lovers with his single called ‘MKD’.
Habib Tamu is a Ghanaian creative born in Freetown, Sierra Leone to Habibu Tamu (Father) and Hawa Tamu (Mother) on January 7, 1997.
His genres are very fluid but focus on alternative sounds with a fusion of rap and afrobeats. His major inspirations in life are his mum (because of her music inclination) and his lives experiences.
Professionally, Skillz 8Figure has been active in the industry since 2016, when he joined Ground Up Chale in 2017 up until 2020.
He’s released a couple of songs and features in said camp and has worked with phenomenal Ghanaian producers like Kayso from Tema, Mike Millz on em, among others.
He’s also worked with notable names like Oxlade, Quamina MP, Twitch, Yung Demz, P Montana, Psycho YP, Enam, etc. He has an amazing EP out called – After Dark.
Currently, Skillz 8Figure is working on the release of his project. It promises to be an exotic collection for the Summer.
In July, Skillz 8figure featured at the “Oxlade Live in Istanbul” concert. “This is a major milestone for myself and my team”- Skillz 8figure.
