Sarkodie was left in shock after watching a video of a middle-aged farmer rapping the lines of one of his old songs.
Typically, one would expect that a man of that age would gravitate towards highlife songs from the likes of Nana Ampadu, Kakeku, or Adofo.
But no! This farmer got some wild steeze for rap!
In the video shot in a village setting, this farmer is seen dropping the lines of Sarkodie’s old track “Politics” which was released in 2016.
When Sarkodie saw the video he even admitted that he had forgotten most of the lines.
I can’t even remember these lines back to back I’m touched … if someone can link me to this man I want to give him a gift … Bless him ❤️ https://t.co/o0bnhVixj0

It was intriguing for him to see a relatively old farmer dropping the lines with so much precision.
The Sarkcess boss is therefore looking for this man. He says he has a gift for him!
On God I need to link up with this man … https://t.co/Vecs864Cju

The “Politics” song was one of the politically-induced tracks released by Sarkodie between 2013 and 2016 when he was trying to use his songs to address issues of leadership in the country.
The delivery by the farmer shows that Sarkodie’s rap does not only attract young people.
His infectious style of rap will go down the history of Ghanaian music as one that has influenced a lot of wannabe rappers.
