Broadcaster Bridget Otoo says she does not understand why dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has been remanded in prison while Menzgold CEO is at home.
In tweet, the Metro TV presenter suggested that NAM1’s Menzgold business is more criminal to have landed him in jail, than Shatta Wale pulling a stunt that he had been shot.
“Shatta Wale is in Ankaful prison for his stunt.
NAM1 is chilling in his east legon mansion for scamming people. NAM1’s scheme has killed people, rendered others jobless and others still have their funds locked up!. #FreeShattaWale,” she tweeted.
Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale and three other accomplices were remanded into prison custody by an Accra Circuit Court on Thursday, October 21, 2021.
Shatta Wale was picked up by the police for spreading false news about an assassination attempt at his residence on October 19, 2021.
