Jay Bahd, a member of the Kumasi-based Asaaka Boys hip-hop group, has reportedly reunited with his biological father, with whom he shares a striking resemblance.
The two, according to reports, met in New Jersey, where the rapper’s father is based.
In a video shared on Instagram, Jay Bahd’s father can be seen dancing to the tune of Kwaku DMC’s Off White Flow in the company of City Boy, while Jay Bahd films the moment.
The Asakaa Boys left Accra’s Kotoka International Airport (KIA) on 20th October and has already thrilled fans with a performance in New York City (NYC).
The Asakaa Boys, made up of nine members: Jay Bahd, Kawabanga, City Boy, Reggie, Kwaku DMC, Sean Lifer, Rabby Jones, and Braa Benk, became hugely popular after featuring on Yaw Tog’s hit song, “Sore.”
The group is currently in America for a tour dubbed “Ghana to the World”
