Music producer, Fred Kyei Mensah, was one of the people who got affected by the June 3, 2015 flood and fire disaster.
Fredyma’s recording studio which was situated at Adabakra got destroyed by the floods.
According to him, the incident really affected his business, so he wanted to commit suicide.
“I tried killing myself. It got to a point I was so sad that people had neglected me,” he told Agyemang Prempeh on TV XYZ.
He said because he has asphyxia, he wanted to lock himself up in a lift or where he couldn’t have access to oxygen and die.
