Kwabena Kwabena is one of the judges of TV3’s ‘Mentor X’ which airs every Sunday evening.
He has been described by many as one of the judges who go hard on the contestants.
Speaking to Ghana Weekend TV in an interview, Kwabena said he does that so the contestants would know that it takes so much to be a proper musician.
“Your quest for excellence will take you to ‘good’ or ‘very good.’ But if excellence is not our goal, what are we doing? I am not harsh. I am just trying to let them know that music is serious business,” he said.
Since the music reality show started, Kwabena Kwabena has been very critical of the contestants.
The other permanent judges on the show are Reggie Rockstone and Richie Mensah.
