Ghanaian musicians, R2Bees, have spoken about why their new song ‘Eborso’, taken off the ‘Back to Basics’ album, sounds like Ofori Amponsah’s ‘Asew.’
According to the group, they just took inspiration from that song.
Asked if they spoke to Ofori Amponsah before using it, they say there is no cause for alarm because they are cool with him.
“Ofori Amponsah [too] is our guy,” they said, adding that they even spoke to him recently.
