Rapper, Edem, has reminded Shatta Wale to tread cautiously following his recent tweet which conveys the impression that he forcefully had a sexual encounter with girlfriend of Nigerian afropop superstar, Burna Boy.
Edem, responding to the controversial tweet, wrote that, “you can’t be proud that you raped a girl.”
This follows an earlier response from actress Lydia Forson, who said she called Shatta Wale over the same matter, but the two could not reach an agreement.

19-year-old Ghanaian singer, Black Sherif, sounded the first call for unity by distancing himself from Shatta Wale over the latter’s verbal attacks on Nigerians during and after his ‘Freedom Concert’ held on the 25th of December at the Accra Sport’s Stadium where he said “fuck Nigerians” during a performance.
Blacko signed off his performance in Lagos with a call for unity and coexistence among Ghanaians and Nigerians.
According to him, Ghanaians and Nigerians are one people.
“Ghana and Nigeria are one,” he said before exiting the stage, much to applause from the audience.
