After making successfully getting two movies, ‘Sin City’ and ‘Fix Us’ on Netflix a few years ago, Ghanaian actress and film producer, Yvonne Nelson, is preparing to release her latest movie titled: ‘The Men We Love’.
The movie will be premiered on 14th February 2022, at the Silver Bird Cinema.
She told Kwame Dadzie in an interview on Ghana Weekend that the movie will blow people’s minds because it is themed on subjects that will tickle the fancy of movie lovers.
Other people playing roles in the movie are Majid Michel, Kofi Adjorlolo, James Gardiner, Regina van Helvert and Shatta Michy, Jacqueline Mensah, among others.
Responding to why she chose Michy for the role, Yvonne said she has always given roles to people who are not mainstream actors to tell the story she wants of her movie.
“If you’ve been tracking all my projects, you’ll realise that my casting is very interesting. I’m always putting in comedians, musicians, I’m like that,” she said.
