Gyedu-Blay Ambolley has said in an interview with Joy News that he is now ready to provide evidence to claims that Ghanaian rapper Okyeame Kwame had misappropriated MUSIGA funds.
He also said he intentionally snubbed Okyeame Kwame last year when he started sending him writ of summons.
“I haven’t insulted you that you’ve gone to steal or you’ve gone to bear false witness with anybody. Taking a loan and, you junior rapper wants to take a senior rapper, senior singer, senior composer and everything to court? I’ll prove him wrong,” he said.
“I want the case to be big so that I prove I can prove my evidence for the whole world to see. Because there is no reason for me to get up and fabricate something on Okyeame,” he further noted.

The ‘Simigwa Do’ singer also noted that if he wins the case, Okyeame Kwame would have to see him at home to finally resolve the issue.
About two years, Gyedu-Blay Ambolley alleged in an interview with MzGee on 3FM that Okyeame Kwame did not pay back a loan of GHC 50,000 the Obour administration gave to him from the coffers of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA).
Okyeame Kwame’s lawyers in a letter written indicated that the statement made by Gyedu-Blay Ambolley was false and had dented the reputation of their client.
His solicitors cautioned that they won’t hesitate to seek legal reparation if he fails to apologize and retract the false statement through the same medium he used with 72 hours.
Due to his refusal to retract, the matter was taken to court but Okyeame Kwame and his lawyers have indictaed that the highlife artiste never appeared in court for proceedings.
They are to go back to court on 18th February, 2022 and this time around, Ambolley says he is ready for a show down.
