The two security men who were dismissed from their post at a Chicken Republic restaurant for dancing while on duty have received scholarships to study abroad.
After their story went viral, the two young men, known as Happie Boys, were offered scholarship packages by popular their Nigerian evangelist, Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere.
The ‘Happie Boys’ gained internet fame for dancing to Pheelz ft. Buju’s “Happiness if I broke na my business” while on duty at the Chicken Republic.
Their joy was short-lived, however, as they received their sack letters a few days after the video went public.
Many others sympathized with them, including Apostle Chibuzor, who vowed to send the boys abroad because they were too young to work in a dangerous security job.
