Kumawood actor Wayoosi, Kumasi, has revealed that hiplife veteran, Lord Kenya, was the one who paid his medical bills when he was struck with kidney disease in 2016.
In a recent interview with Pure FM, the comedian revealed that he had prayed to God to take his life at one time because he didn’t want his family to be financially strained due to his medical expenditures.
He explained that he had to go on dialysis three times a week, and that each treatment cost GHc1,000 at the time, so he had to pay GHc3000 per week.
Wayoosi went on to say that when he awoke from his coma, he saw the rapper-turned-evangelist, Lord Kenya, next to his bedside and praying for him.
