Shatta Wale has spoken again about his mother, amidst claims that he has refused to pay his mother’s rent.
The situation, which Shatta’s mum, Elsie Avamegah claims has rendered her homeless, seems to have gotten to the dance hall artiste.
In a new video, the ‘Melissa’ hitmaker claims his mother left the family when they were kids.
“I’m from a broken home. My mother left my father some time ago when we were young. When I was in SHS1. We used to study 13 subjects, and I didn’t have the mind for that. I hated it because my brain isn’t a factory. So I told my father, and he wanted all of us to relocate to the states; Miami to be precise,” he noted.

“He had a contract there and wanted all of us to move and settle there. My mother left my father. She left my father. She ditched and left all of that opportunity. She run from home and left us. My father tried and tried to get her back, God is our witness,” he said in the video.
He also suggested that he has always supported his father, mother and every other person around him, but people are not grateful.
In the wake of all this, some have said that regardless of any wrong Shatta Wale’s mum may have committed against her son, he does not have to neglect her.
