Veteran Ghanaian music producer, Panji Anoff, has passed a comment on the recent issue between Black Sherif and his investors, Wayne Chavis Consult.
During the African Music Business Dialogue held at the Silverbird Cinemas in Accra on Friday, March 20, 2022, Panji made allusions to the fact that the younger generation fail to consult people who have been in the game for long.

He said before he got into music, he had understudied a lot of music greats and served them too.
Touching on Black Sherif’s matter, the Pidgin Music boss said that if Black Sherif had had someone with about 5-10 years of experience in the music business in his team, he wouldn’t have gotten his head in the noose recently.

Black Sherif recently had an issue with his investor and was also mauled for signing a bad deal with Empire Music.
His investor had complained that Black Sherif signed a distribution deal without his consent.
Some people in the music industry intimated that the 15-year distribution deal was harmful to Black Sherif’s career.
