Veteran Kumawood actress, Rose Mensah aka Kyeiwaa, says she is living a better life in the United States of America (USA) contrary to earlier reports that she was needy.
According to Kyeiwaa, she currently works in a restaurant and making more money than when she was earning as a popular actress in Ghana.
She added that she would have been dead in Ghana by now if she had not left the country.
Speaking on her YouTube channel, Kyeiwaa said she was devastated after movie producers in Ghana abandoned her and refused to give her roles.
“Kumawood producers blacklisted me after accusing me of insulting one of their colleagues.”
According to her, the situation persisted for a period spanning five years, until he decided to relocate to the United States.
In 2020, Kyeiwaa married Michael Kissi Asare, a Ghanaian living in the United States, in a private wedding attended by close relatives and friends.
