Popular radio show host, Countryman Songo has chosen an unusual way to protest against the skyrocketing cost of fuel in Ghana ahead of the World Cup Play off second leg match to be played in Abuja on March 29, 2022.
Countryman Songo parked his SUV and rode behind a tricycle (popularly known as aboboyaa) from his home to Kokomlemle, where his worksite, Adom TV, is situated.
Despite sitting uncomfortably at the trunk of the aboboyaa, Countryman Songo seemed excited about the experience and continued to interract with fans.
After a goalless draw in Kumasi, Nigeria hosts Ghana today at 5pm for the second leg of the World Cup Play off.
The winner of tonight’s game will book a place in the Qatar 2022 World Cup which will be held in November this year.
