After dominating pop music charts in Africa, Black Sherif has stormed Africa’s biggest market in grand style.
Over the weekend, the 20-year-old was went to Nigeria to perform his smash hit, ‘Kwaku The Traveller’ for the first time in the country.
‘Kwaku the Traveller’ following its release some weeks ago has topped charts on the popular music streaming platforms.
It is still the number one trending in Nigeria on Apple Music. It is also the number trending song on Boomplay, Shazam, and Audiomack and still crossing borders.
In the video below, Blacko is seen performing the hit song with all his energy and the massive response from the crowd shows that he’s really got love in Nigeria.
For far too long, Ghanaian musicians have been struggling to penetrate the music scene in Nigeria but it seems Blacko has found success in the country judging from the streams and the reaction from Nigerians on social media.
