Reggae musician, Blakk Rasta, has explained the rationale behind his frequent attacks on politicians, which once led him to face the Privileges Committee of Parliament.
Speaking in an interview on Citi TV’s Upside-Down show, the former radio host, known for attacking top politicians on his shows, maintained that he only takes on leaders who do not have the interest of the ordinary people at heart.
According to him, he composes songs purposely to criticize people who look down on others.
Blakk Rasta’s recently-released song, titled, Thief President, attacks corrupt leadership in Africa.
