After five years of a hiatus from active music, Ghanaian artiste D-Black bounced back with a bang, making an impressive presence at the 2022 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
He won the Best Collaboration of the year award with ‘Enjoyment Minister’ which features Stonebwoy and Quamina MP.
He also put up a sterling performance on the VGMA stage, reenacting scenes from his popular nightclub (Club Onyx), on stage.
Affectionately called the ‘Enjoyment Minister’ he took a break for 5 years and came back on the scene last year with the VGMA nominated ‘Loyalty’ album which had smash hits like ‘Enjoyment Minister’ and ‘Sheege’ featuring Gyakie.
The night also saw a win for Black Avenue Music signee, Sefa for Best Afrobeats Song of the Year with ‘E Choke’ ft. Mr. Drew.
