Shatta Wale met the hip-hop star moments going on stage to perform in an event centre in Newark, NJ.
In a video which has surfaced online, Shatta Wale, can be seen introducing himself to Ja Rule, who nods and expresses his delight for the moment.
Shatta Wale performed alongside Jupitar and Ja Rule at the celebration concert for the primary election victory of the incumbent second-term mayor of Newark, Ras Baraka.
