Afia Schwar is determined to see Chairman Wontumi lose his post as regional chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ashanti Region by throwing her weight behind his electoral opponent.
Her move comes a few days after Wontumi Radio employed Deloris Frimpong Manso (aka Delay) as presenter of Wontumi FM’s midday drive program.
The comedienne has since attacked Chairman Wontumi and Delay with several subliminal shots while avoiding their names.
In a fresh post that has been spotted on her Instagram page, Afia Schwar has called on NPP delegates to vote in their numbers for Odeneho Kwaku Appiah a.k.a. COKA who is eyeing Wontumi’s post.
Posting a campaign poster of Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah a.k.a. COKA, she captioned it; The foot soldier who understands foot soldiers.”
A few months ago, Afia Schwar praised Chairman Wontumi for helping her fund her father’s funeral.
