Black Avenue Muzic artist, S3fa says she does not entertain support with strings attached.
Her statement comes on the back of a recent discussion about the funding of female creatives which took a different turn when Feli Nuna appeared as a guest on UTV’s entertainment show, United Showbiz.
Feli Nuna’s refusal to accept that a man’s investment in her career should not translate to a sexual relationship had angered some of the male panelists of the show, leading to exchange of words.
Reiterating her Nuna’s stance, S3fa said that she only wants investors to consider her talent first and foremost before deciding to support her career.
“I don’t entertain such things because I’m just here to put out good music and let people in Ghana and beyond enjoy good music that’s all.”
She continued, “I’m a very ambitious woman who is eager to showcase my talent and I feel that if you want to help me, help me because of my talent.
“If you want to help me because of my body then that can fade, a lot of things can fade about me and you might change your mind.”
S3fa’s hit single, ‘Echoke’, won Afrobeats Song of the year award at the 2022 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).
