While people from across the world are doing their reaction videos to the song, she is topping the iTunes chart in Eswatini (formerly Swaziland).

As of Sunday, June 12, 2022, the song was No. 1 on the chart. Two days later, it is at No.2.
In ‘Survivor’, the singer conveys the message of heartbreak. It talks about a woman hurling invective on a guy for causing them pain.
The song, released a month ago, has over 600 subscribers on YouTube.
Recently, an artiste from Zimbabwe, Spucky B also did a cover of the song. In his version, he tells the story of how a lady broke a man’s heart.

With this development, some have advised that Wendy Shay embarks on a tour in southern Africa.
