My ‘Mpaebo’ song is bigger than all Joe Mettle songs combined- Ras Kuuku

While Joe Mettle was busily preparing for his Praise Reloaded concert, Ras Kuuku was also hitting hard at him on Asempa FM.

A comment made by Joe Mettle recently on Hitz FM seems to have pained the ‘Puom’ President to the marrow.

Prior to the 2022 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, Ras said he did not understand why Joe was nominated in the Artiste of the Year category. He even added that until Joe won VGMA’s Artiste of the Year award in 2017, he did not know the gospel artiste.

Then Joe Mettle went for an interview on Friday, June 24, 2022 on Hitz FM and he said he also did not know Ras Kuuku until it was reported that he had misplaced his VGMA Reggae Artiste of the Year plaque.

This shouldn’t have been a big deal, right? Knowing or not knowing people is not an issue. But it seems it means so much to some people than meets the eye.

Ras Kuuku has fired back, anyways. He says Joe wants to ride on him to be popular. He says his ‘Mpaebo’ song is bigger than all of Joe Mettle’s songs.
